Emergency dog care in Potters Bar
Called away suddenly? We can take your dog today, or come to your home. Cats too.
Same-day care at ours
Bring them to us and they join our family for as long as you need.
We come to you
We visit your home using a coded key safe, never a key under the mat.
When can you reach us?
Any time. We reply as soon as we can. If we don't answer straight away we're probably with the dogs, so please try again, or call your vet if it's urgent.
What to send us
- Your pet's name and breed
- Your address, if you'd like us to come to you
- The key-safe code, by private message only
- Your vet's name and number
- Any medication, with doses and times
Price
Every emergency is different, so we tell you the price before you pay. If you don't agree, you owe nothing. Once we've set off or rearranged our day, the time and travel already spent is charged.
We're insured through Protectivity Pet Business Insurance, including Public Liability and Care, Custody & Control cover for dogs while they're with us.
