I agree to the Terms & Cancellation. My pet is vaccinated and has its own pet insurance, and my dog is not a type listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 (including XL Bully types). If Oak & Paw can't take my booking, I get a full refund. I ask Oak & Paw to start care on my chosen dates, even if that's within 14 days of booking. If I cancel after care has started, I pay for the care already given.
